Ramana K Naidu is a Malaysian entrepreneur leading the charge at the intersection of agriculture and venture capital in Southeast Asia. With a passion for sustainable food systems and high-growth investments, he bridges the gap between traditional farming roots and modern capital markets — empowering founders, farmers, and investors to build a better future together.
As the Founder & CEO of Famox Plantation (M) Sdn Bhd, he pioneered commercial grain corn farming initiatives in Malaysia and developed one of the largest grain corn farms in the country. His agricultural ventures also include robotic dairy farming and integrated farming projects incorporating corn, cattle and poultry, with an emphasis on sustainable and zero-waste practices.
Throughout his career, Ramananaidu has also contributed to industry development through leadership, mentorship and youth training initiatives in agriculture. His achievements have been recognised through multiple national and state-level agricultural awards, including Agropreneur Muda, Ikon Agropreneur Agrobank, Master Agro Award and Anugerah Usahawan Tani Berjaya.
With a combination of entrepreneurial leadership, agricultural expertise and a commitment to innovation, he continues to support the growth and modernisation of Malaysia’s agriculture and agro-based industries.
