Chief Executive Officer

Jenn Lim

Jenn Lim is a pioneer of Malaysia and Labuan’s digital asset ecosystem, with a career spanning financial services, fintech and regulated virtual assets. He previously served as CEO of Virtual Currency Philippines Inc., where he led VHCEX in securing a cryptocurrency exchange licence and pushed for higher standards in transparency, compliance and risk management. During the COVID-19 period, he launched three ventures, including HWG Security, and took on COO responsibilities with a focus on long-term strategy, product development and strategic partnerships. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

Christopher Ong

Christopher Ong has extensive experience spanning real estate, private credit, and oil & gas investments across the region. He began in property sales and development before moving into regional portfolio management with a Japanese firm, where he built strong capabilities in cross-border assets and institutional reporting. He later co-founded a private credit fund that delivered annual returns of approximately 30%, and subsequently expanded into oil & gas trading and diversified multi-sector investments. He oversees a a portfolio of approximately RM250 million, applying a disciplined, deal-driven approach to capital deployment and risk management.

Jack Ong

Jack Ong (Ong Kooi Tatt) brings over two decades of corporate finance and capital-markets experience to the group. He has led major listing exercises, including a headline HKEX IPO, and has worked on initial public offerings across Bursa Malaysia, HKEX and Nasdaq. Jack has held senior positions in listed companies in both Malaysia and the United States, giving him hands-on insight into cross-border governance, regulatory expectations and investor relations. His expertise in structuring, listing readiness and post-IPO strategy underpins the group’s expansion and capital-raising activities.

Alex Lim

Alex Lim (Lim Eng Hui) is a versatile entrepreneur who sits at the intersection of digital technology and corporate finance. He has delivered AI-driven solutions, digital consulting and e-commerce optimisation projects, advising clients on SEO, marketing performance and technology integration. Alex supports companies on corporate structuring, financial management and capital-market preparation, assisting with translating business plans into high performing projects. His portfolio spans Malaysia and international partners, where he acts as a hands-on operator who bridges traditional corporate processes with modern, data-driven tools and automation.
