Jenn Lim
Jenn Lim is a seasoned leader in the entertainment and financial sectors, currently holding key roles at HWG CAPITALG Entertainment Limited, Twinstar Capital, and Twinstar Leisure, and is the founder of VHC Exchange (VHCEX). He has driven HWG CAPITALG Entertainment to global recognition and previously led Virtual Currency Philippines Inc., where he secured the cryptocurrency exchange licence for VHCEx and strengthened market transparency. Throughout the pandemic, he launched multiple ventures including HWG CAPITAL Security and served as COO of HWG CAPITALIB, spearheading strategic growth and partnerships. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne.

Ong Kooi Tatt
Jack Ong Kooi Tatt brings over 15 years of corporate finance experience, having held multiple leadership roles in listed companies, including Chairman, CEO, and Audit Committee member. He also spent four years in the banking sector and is a member of ACAMS and ACCA. With deep expertise in IPOs, RTOs, and exchange listings across Asia and the US, Jack has extensive experience working with regulatory authorities and leading merger and acquisition exercises on Bursa Malaysia, the US, and Hong Kong exchanges. Known for his strong analytical skills, he consistently identifies high-potential companies for investment, both pre-IPO and publicly listed.
